HAAS VF-3SS


The Haas VF-3SS is a rugged, medium-sized VMC that yields full reliability and accuracy in a moderately-sized machine. The VF-3SS has a 40-taper cartridge spindle driven by a 30 hp vector Dual-Drive (Y-Delta) drive. The VF-3SS produces either 75 ft-lb of torque at a low 1400 rpm, or 250 ft-lb at 450 rpm with the optional 2-speed gearbox – and will also run up to 12,000 rpm in 1.2 seconds for finishing aluminum.


 

AIMS Revolution

This is the only mobile 5-axis shop floor CMM on the market. It features a roll-around stand, enabling movement of the Revolution® from one area to another. Attached to the stand, the Revolution®’s polymer-cast base includes built-in vibration resistance and thermal stability. For the purposes of 5-axis capabilities, the Revolution® uses a PH20 probe head, which offers drastically improved accuracy and repeatability – performing 3 times faster than conventional probe heads. Our machine is calibrated and certified by manufacturers to meet all quality standards.


 

Haas sl-10t


The Haas SL10T is the smallest slant style cnc lathes produced by Haas Automation. This little cnc lathe is used for producing small turn operations. It comes standard with 5″ 3 jaw chuck and 12 station turret. It may be small, but it has full CNC capability. The Haas SL-10T is perfect for tight spots and making small parts.

The fowler Hi-Cal 450 is one if the lightest and easiest height gages manufactured. It has a very small footprint working on as little as 12"x6". It can measure internal and external diameters, centerlines, heights, widths, depths, and  surfaces.
